  • What is it?
    • Jeep© Wave is a program is for select Jeep owners that gives them round-the-clock owner support. It also includes a package of benefits that makes being a Jeep owner even better.
  • What does “select Jeep owners” mean?
    • You are eligible to be a part of the Jeep© Wave program for free if you own a Jeep from the 2016 or 2017 model years. You can also join the Jeep© Wave program if you have a 2015 Jeep model, but at the cost of an added fee.
  • What are the special benefits?
    • The package of membership benefits you get with Jeep© Wave includes maintenance needs like oil changes and tire rotations, first-day rental allowance of up to $1,000 of trip interruption coverage, and VIP treatment at events that feature Jeep vehicles. You’ll also get exclusive member discounts that can help you save up to $500 every year.
  • How do I enroll?
    • To enroll in Jeep© Wave, you’ll have to activate your membership. You can create an online Jeep Vehicle Owner Account or a Mopar Owner Account to do this. Once you have an account, simply accept the Jeep© Wave terms and conditions. You can do this all as part of your Jeep purchase or even after your purchase.
  • How to I prove I’m a member?
    • When you enroll in Jeep© Wave, you’ll get a membership card that will have all of your information on it. This card will also tell you your expiration date so that you know when to extend or renew your membership.
