I honestly cannot begin to describe how amazing this place has been. I had an absolute horrendous experience at another jeep dealership and my hopes of my dream car were pretty much crushed. I was nearly about to give up my search for good when I stopped in and talked to James Lexa. He found me the perfect wrangler, and the whole sales team was an absolute dream. They matched my trade in quote from another dealer, gave me an amazing deal and got me and my family out in about 2 1/2 hours. The whole time, they were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. My boyfriend bought his car from James Lexa back in December and it was the same expeirence. These are some pretty amazing people, you'd regret not giving them a chance.

Had my car in for regular routine maintenance and the Service crew detected a big issue that actually turned out to be a safety hazard. Brian (Service Manager) and Tim (Service Writer) went out of their way to get the problem resolved, and to ensure that I had a way home, and back.Very much appreciated!

Jan 15-2019Had a flat tire at 6 PM and 23 degrees Called the dealership as they were 5 miles away. Spoke to the GM Anthony Danninger and explained the situation, he said I’ll see you in 15 minutes with his Mechanic Dale. They showed up Changed the tire at no charge and got me back on my way.I DIDNT PURCHASE THE 2017 Ram truck from them.But that didn’t matter to them. They got me back on the road! I can say that this is was CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!!!They will be seeing me for service moving forward.This would have easily been $150.00 roadside bill.I can’t thank them enough! I have had many vehicles, and dealt with many dealerships in my day - including being an office manager for three. My experience at Schlossmann Dodge City in Brookfield has been THE BEST. Recently I traded by 2015 T&C for a 2019 Pacifica. James Lexa is an exemplary sales consultant and the general manager - Tony Danninger - put me in a new vehicle that I absolutely love. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make this transaction the most painless and enjoyable car-buying experience. I've taken my cars to Schlossman's service department of 10 years and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. The General Manager Anthony went way above and beyond to make my service experience amazing. My truck engine completely failed requiring a complete rebuild $5500. The Service Manager Brian and their senior Mechanic Ryan literally worked long hours and had to get parts from all over the country to fix my truck but they did it. Initially it was supposed to be parts that were on back order for a year (lifters) and pulled off a Christmas miracle and got my truck fixed in 3 weeks. They kept me updated each day even if just to simply say just waiting to hear from other parts from other places. They went above and beyond. Truly a world class dealership and world class gentleman they have employed there. Norman.
